The 5th Wave

Life for Cassie Sullivan turns upside down when The Others come to invade earth. They do so in coordinated attacks called waves. The first wave—no more electricity. No more working cars, airplanes, phones, computers, etc. The second wave—destruction. Tsunamis destroy all the cities on the coast. The third wave—plague. This airborne illness is spread by birds, and people experienced cold-like symptoms in the first few days, but then, the symptoms become much worse. Cassie’s mother died from the plague. There were some people, although many few, who were able to fight off the virus and recover. The fourth wave–invasion. The Others began appearing amongst humans. They looked like ordinary people but are sent to kill any remaining survivors. The fifth wave is next, and survivors like Cassie will need to prepare with all they’ve got.


I am Number Four

But after he is exposed saving someone using one of his legacies, the Mogadorians start on his trail. Will he be able to run again, or is it finally time to fight?
